In search of a memorable weekend getaway or residential experience? We are here to help you create a tailor-made outdoor activity programme for your visit. Challenge yourself on our tree climb, test your archery skills, or build trust as you navigate through the forest blindfolded along our nightline trail. Or try out some of relationship-building activities. Dive into bushcraft, where you’ll construct your shelter, light a fire, bake bread, and engage in great conversation along the way.
We also offer on-site facilities for those who wish to lead their own activities. We provide a brief induction and all the resources you need – ideal for evening activities or free time.

We collaborate with young people, caregivers and parents in advance of their visit to create an approach that best supports them. We assess and prepare reasonable adjustments to make the centre and activities accessible to everyone.

Bake bread over a fire - a great activity for building relationships through conversation around the fire.
Great social activities with lots of fun.
Starting from scratch with a fire steel, perhaps using Kelly kettles.
Can you build a waterproof shelter for you and your team using natural materials?
A creative outdoor activity where participants use tools to sculpt objects from wood.
Crate climbing is a team-building challenge where participants stack and balance crates to reach greater heights, testing their balance, coordination, and teamwork.
Work your way through our puzzling Escape Room - which team will make it out in the fastest time?
Try out our fire pit one evening with campfire songs & marshmallows to toast - a perfect setting for great conversations around the fire.
Climb up Loudoun Hill and see the amazing views across Ayrshire at the top - you might even be able to spot the Isle of Arran on a clear day!
The centre has a fabulous location with lots of great local walks. Our team can give you some good local routes to take.
Head to Lanfine Estate to see the wild boars and peacocks and learn about the wildlife along the way.
