All sorts of ways to get involved...

We couldn’t do the work we do without our amazing volunteers and supporters. From helping with practical tasks around the centre, to giving financially, to standing with us in prayer – your support means so much to us here at Gowanbank.

Pray for us

Gowanbank is owned and operated by SU Scotland, a Christian Charity committed to working with young people in Scotland, helping them to explore the Bible and respond to the significance of Jesus. We would really value your prayer for all the people that come through the doors of Gowanbank – that they would know God’s love for them, and for the team here that we would know God’s strength and guidance as we serve him.

SU Scotland relies heavily on volunteers for its work with young people. We also rely on volunteers with practical skills. We have an amazing team of volunteers who are excited about what we do here at Gowanbank and give up their time to help support the work and we are always looking to expand our team of volunteers. From cutting the grass, to cooking meals, driving minibuses to cleaning the centre – there are so many ways you can contribute to the life of the centre. Want to join the team? Please get in touch.

Work with us

From time to time, we will be looking to grow our team at Gowanbank. You can find out about any opportunities on the SU Scotland jobs page. If there isn’t something for you just now keep checking as we have new jobs all the time. We also have opportunities to serve at the centre on a gap year.

As a charity we depend on generous support to develop the activities and facilities at our centres. Gowanbank itself was a gift!  Would you consider joining our team support programme, or making a one off donation to support our centre?

You can support us with a one-off donation or set up a regular donation.

Spread the word

We really want more people to hear about Gowanbank and enjoy everything it has to offer. Like us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and share posts with your friends.
